The intentions were simple. To meet and converse with players from all over the world while driving around in our favorite game. The first meet started on December 6th 2014 with about three players (including myself) and it wasnt until then that the visions of PPE was realized. I shared my view's with the first player to join and he thought of the name that it is today. From there, along with the help of other players who showed interest, PPE took off and became a community of "like minded gamers". Players began to see and enjoy our company as PPE continued to grow.
